Structured Care.
Ranger Standards.

Lead the Way Paws is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded by a former U.S. Army Ranger and a former U.S. Army Captain. We offer executive boarding, structured daycare, private training, and adventure conditioning — all managed with the precision and clear standards we learned in the military.

We are not a drop-off-and-forget kennel. We are not a gig economy platform. We do not compete on price. We compete on trust, structure, and results.

A Bond Forged
in Combat.

Brian Kinsella and Lee Silverman first served together during a 15-month combat deployment to Iraq. In environments where details mattered and accountability was absolute, they built a foundation of trust that endures to this day.

Kinsella personally advocated for Silverman to join the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. Silverman seized that opportunity, serving multiple combat deployments and earning the right to one of the most storied mottos in American military history: "Rangers Lead the Way."

"The name comes from the motto of the 75th Ranger Regiment — a phrase born on the cliffs of Normandy on D-Day and carried forward by every Ranger since."
